This sprawling mansion was built in 1920, with a ballroom added a few years later. By the time the clients purchased the property, its glory days were long past. Recent owners had not had the means to keep up the property; there was significant roof deterioration, the kitchen was barely functional and the marble floor in foyer had been replaced with marble-look vinyl tiles. The project began with immediate building stabilization and proceeded over a two year period through complete renovation and interior design.
